Sub-Contract Manufacturing
The client is billed based on a mutually agreed per-piece price. MicroMex has full responsibility for the manufacturing operation in Mexico including production, labor, and all the legal requirements.
Shelter Division
The client operates its own plant in Mexico without having to be registered as a Mexican entity. MicroMex provides the facility, labor and all the legal requirements to manufacture in Mexico. The client is fully responsible for the raw materials, equipment, labor training, production, quality control and shipments.
The customer gets charged a flat fee per labor/hour provided—it varies depending on the wages paid to the employees, benefits and number of required indirect people

MicroMex, Inc. provides all required and necessary management services to operate your business in Mexico. We can develop a complete management package to meet your specific needs.
